Custom rewards and cutscenes

Just published V4.20 with support for creating and editing custom rewards and cutscenes. Now you can add your own cutscenes and rewards to custom maps and publish them in the Custom Level Database. I've added a small demo map to the database to show the new feature.

Neat beans, maybe this'll get more people making hubs
Not really around much these years.
