But how do i make an NPC? (Non playable character)
And after words
How do i make a dialog for the NPCs?

There is a topic called "Help me with Game Maker please" where you could post things like these instead of making several topics about help for one program. This would be acceptable if it were a Game Maker forum, but I'd suggest using this (click here) topic next time, if you don't mind.
