OT - Computer Problem

Evenin' All .. are there any techno-whizz-kids out there who can suggest a solution to my problem. A few sites I have visited recently have text so tiny it is impossible to read. I'm wondering if I need to admend my settings as it seems a little silly for companies to deliberately construct their websites so's you can't read em.

I've tried my service provider who haven't got back to me yet so I was hoping a friendly Wonderlander might know the answer.

I don't think it's appropriate to post the website addresses on Patricks forum but I can pm/e-mail them to anyone who thinks they can help. It's very frustrating, I'm trying to book a hotel but the print is so small I can't even see the telephone number to phone them instead

Kaz,

Look to the 'View' tab on the menu bar on your browser (doesn't matter if you use Internet Explorer or Firefox).

On the drop down menu you will find a tab called 'Text Size' where you can change the size, permanently or temporarily.

That was quick ! .. thanks a million Bear, it worked a treat. Surprise surprise it was set to "smallest" somehow.

How simple was that ? (and how daft do I feel - been leafing through the settings for blinkin ages, how I missed "text size" i have no idea !)

I'm glad it was just your settings and not your eyesight. Wouldn't want you driving all that way with dodgy eyeballs.
