So, how many grandchildren does this make?

I can understand. My grandma had 10 kids. There is at least 50 of us, children, spouses, granchildren/spouses, great-grandkids. I have the youngest great granchild for them. We have to rent several big rooms at hotels when we all get together just so people have places to sit.

That is wonderful Popo. We have gift rules in our family.
so not all the grandkids get gifts.
new born/ to age5, get gifts at the same value say $25.00
6/16 get money same value $25.00.
Just had 3 drop off the list. So now 3 got added. So It is the same amount
every year. total bill is a round $700.00
My Children get a Meal and hugs and kisses.

Speaking of babies.....................
I just found out last night that we are also expecting a new grandchild, due in July! :D

Do you, Cathy and Pauline, know (Do you want to know?) if they are boys or girls? It's too early to tell here. Mels ultrasound looks pretty much the same as the one popo posted, rather like a peanut!

I was content with just the 2 grandsons, but I admit to being hopeful for a little girl.

What fun Janet if the baby were to be born on your birthday!!

My little brother was born on my birthday when I was six years old. It turned out that Dad and Mom's first and last were born on the same day six years apart!!

Tim and Wendy don't want to know what they're having, but I would like a boy. There hasn't been any boys born for ages in our family. All my nieces are girls - well, they would be wouldn't they , and my other grandchild is a girl - and I'm longing to have a boy to buy things for. :D :D
