Can anyone that knows how to make a flash game tell me how to make me one?

do you know action script?
If you do, than tie the scripting to animation (click on the animation, than click on the script button)
If you do not, you can get some simple flash and action script game tutorels at http://www.tutorialized.com/tutorials/Flash/1
and http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flash/getting_started.html
(you will have to scroll down all the way to seee them at the second one)
