You play as Theseus. Your objective is to get out of the maze. The problem is, you're not alone! The Minotaur is there also, and will quickly kill you if you approach the maze with too much haste.
The Minotaur has both his advantage and his disadvantage. His advantage is that he is twice as fast as you, which for a turn-based game means: for each turn you take, he takes two. His disadvantage is that he is quite stupid and predictable, since he follows a simple, rigid program: If at any turn he can move closer to you, he will (and if he has a choice between a horizontal move and a vertical move, he will ALWAYS pick the horizontal one, even if the vertical one is better for him) and if not he simply skips that turn, sitting there, doing nothing.
Playing the maze is simple, but solving each unique layout (and there are 87, progressing from easiest to hardest) will require some brain power, sometimes more, sometimes less, but it will. The strategy is to go here and there around the maze, trapping the Minotaur between different walls at different times until you can safely exit each of the 87 mazes.
One final warning: if you JUST got to the exit, but then the Minotaur catches up with you, he can kill you even in the exit, so beware.
The game costs 14.95$, but you can play a free trial for a limited period of time. I'm on free trial right now, and I might buy the game if I won't manage to solve all levels before the time runs out.
