I hate physics so much right now

My laptop is dead. Long story short, I was walking past the table carrying it when one of the cats jumped up and knocked a glass of water on top of it.

I'm waiting to see if the store can salvage stuff off of it or not, so for now I'm stuck with my mom's computer (which, btw, can barely run anything I want it to run).

Anyway, that really stinks; I'd hate to have that happen to me. The store people should be able to salvage your data, unless the water REALLY soaked into the whole computer and damaged the hard drive. I hope you get that stuff back.

Yeah.

As it turns out... I'm not really sure if this is lucky or unlucky, but everything on my laptop got damaged EXCEPT my hard drive.

In other words, everything except my data is screwed. Thank God I can still get the stuff off of it, but I'm going to need a new laptop to put it all on.

Meh, at least my stuff is safe.

Nope. if recovery guys can fix it good enough, maybe it will work good.
I had same problem and they did fixed it good enough, all data on same pc.

No. I never said I was a moderator. People kept accusing me of moderating. I was sort of moderating, but I was only doing that so Patrick didn't have to and the message got quicker to them.

It's good that your data is safe, I figured that would be the case. It's really hard to damage the hard drive compared to most of the other computer parts. My cousin's family's house burned down a long time ago, and my uncle's computer MELTED, but the hard drive survived.

Okay, as it turns out, my laptop could very well be fixed, BUT it's not worth it in the long run because it might not work as well.

So I AM getting a new one, and it should be ready tomorrow (which means I can stop trying not to typo on this computer's keyboard). My dad is considering getting my old one fixed with a new hard drive for work, though.

Alright, so I'm on my new laptop now. Good news: Everything I had in my User folder is safe.

Bad news: Need to reinstall Steam, Skype, and a lot of other stuff. Not to mention the near-20 GB of games I had on Steam.

Oh well, this new laptop is awesome, so I'm not complaining too much.

It would be a disaster if everything you had worked on lately was lost!

But I'm not quite sure why you hate physics. When a computer is working perfectly, it's also a matter of physics, isn't it?

So actually I was talking off-topic. (between the lines)

And it's not only about BIG signatures.

It'a about everything that's distracting the reader from reading the text that the writer wrote.

So also quick flashing avatars and such.
