Where are you guys getting your sigs from- kiki, laura n. sharon m., cat, shorty, etc- They are just absolutly beautiful!

I got mine from Cat.

She gave me an address, too. Shorty's been helping people find theirs, too. I believe there's several different sites that have them. I like your tumbling bears, btw. They are so cute!

I'm working on a few myself- but I'm having some trouble- I'm using paint shop pro and jasc animation shop, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it- I'm like a computer nut and it's kinda frustrating when I can't figure something out!

But I added my name to tiger so I guess that's some kind of accomplishment!

Everything is fine here- Our damage (even though we got some) was nothing compared to NO & MS- I feel so helpless sometimes. We are struggling at the moment to get by, but my husband bought 2 cases of water and some food for the victims and donated to the National Guard who was outside Walmart yesterday- I wish I could do more but I guess every little bit helps!

I think you're doing a good job with them. I'm so glad you and your loved ones are doing okay. I think NO got the worst of it. There's going to be a lot of fall out from this.

On a nicer note, Shorty just sent me the rose sig. Isn't it beautiful?

It is absolutely beautiful- I can't figure out how to get mine to appear like that, I can only add the name- Shorty sounds alot more talented than me-Sometimes at my age, I don't like to think all that hard anymore

Well you guys are gonna find me on more often as I'll need a computer to cry on

- My husband is getting a new job, he's going to work for one of those electricity companies that restores your power- We got so behind in our bills from the evacuations so he was looking for a better paying job-He also wants to help in MS and NO and he'll be going to MS first, so he'll probably be gone for awhile- We feel so useless, so hopefully this will be helpful to those in need but I'm not used to being without him more than 12 hours a day. So I'm gonna look to all of you to hold me up- I've got one friend (here at home) to help me out but she goes to bed early

- So when I can't sleep, I'm gonna come looking for all your wonderful wonderlanders who care.

Of course we'll help you to carry on, Lisa. I know how it is. Rob's job takes him out of town sometimes, so it's just me and the kids. The first week he was out of town after getting this job, we had a tornado and then a hurricane. Then the pipe under the toilet broke!:shock: It wasn't a lot of fun, let me tell you! We made it through, though, and I know you will too.

Lisa, on one of your posts you show a girl with a washer & dryer & she's standing at some kinda board...... I think I remember my mom having something like that, but for the life of me I can't remember what it's called or what it's for ....

I think your animations are fantastic

, I'm "technology challenged"
I couldn't figure out how to do that if I had to.

I need to buy a new computer, & went to Best Buy today to look, boy am I lost.. if anyone has any suggestions I'll take any help or advice your willing to share.

I'm very glad you & your family are doing well. I've been fixated on the TV since this whole thing happened, I feel very powerless & helpless, even though I've contributed as much $ as I could, I don't feel like that's enough. I'm sure there will be an opportunity for me to do more somewhere down the road, it just hasn't been reveiled yet.

Lisa I'm sure you'll find this place as comforting as I do when I'm feeling a little down

or happy

or just plain silly

There's a strange thing about this forum, even though I don't know any of you, I feel like your my friends, I've shared some strange things here & had a lot of fun & laughs. You all have helped me more than you will ever know. I thank each and everyone of you.

Kindergarten has been a challange for me.... The 1st day the school bus left her at school (good thing I as there to pick her up), the 2nd week some little boy brat BIT Emily on the arm, didn't break the skin thank god
(he got suspended for 2 days) & the 3rd week she fell on the playground, got a HUGE bump on her forehead, scratched up her face & legs. This will be the 4th week & I'm not sure I'm up for it

Emily Loves it, she really likes Art, & P.E., go figure

Qookie stays home & Katie's (my neice) imaginary friend Buster comes over & plays with Qookie while the girls are at school.

I leave snacks & boxes of juice out for them

Wouldn't want the little stinkers to get hungry now, would we.

Sounds like typical kindergarten, Laura. How well I remember! Don't worry. things will settle down very soon now. The first month is always traumatic. I guess Qookie and Buster decided they don't need an education.

They just like playing and eating snacks with you.

Ya, Sharon I guess that makes Qookie & Buster the smartest of them all.....
they play all day & night & have someone bring them food or whatever else they desire & they NEVER have to work or do chores, I wish my life could be that easy

I think OBH did a great job. This one really seems to fit you too, though I've really liked them all.
