stupid tv-programs, borrowing a child or nanny 911

In Holland we have a tv program, where you can borrow one or two children for a day or two, to see if you are ready to have children of your own.
When this does not work we also have Nanny 911. A rescue Nanny for children who behave very badly, within a week you have angels instead of bad behaving children.
Does this happens in other country's too?? I am just curious to know
Also you can borrow a husband or a wife for a midnight to rule your household. The first week by your own agenda, the second week by the borrowed one

We have the same programs in Denmark - nanny911 was a while ago though, and boy was that a lousy program!!!! My teenage daughter loved to see the program, so she draged the rest of the family through it

And what´s with all the crying in the end of every single program.....come on Nanny, get a life!!!!!

I think these programs are really stupid, and I allways change to another channel when It pops up on the TV........need I tell my daughter now has her own TV

We also have Nanny 911 and super nanny or something here in the US and wife swap or trading spouses

in aust we send them to nans or sister or brother etc it works great when u need time out.
