Polls by members can only be posted in the Silly Thread forum. When you create a new topic, there will be a whole new section at the bottom of the screen where you can fill in poll stuff.

But I saw poll messages before the Silly Stuff forum was created.

Those were created by the admin. Before the Silly Stuff was created, only admins could create polls.

Ahem. But in Neodelight everyone can post poll messages in any forum.
BTW: Everybody's stupid there, so it's not worth registering.

It's the admin's choice in what forums it is enabled for everyone.
