Up to Red; Right to Green; Up to Yellow; Left to Blue; Left to Green; Down to Yellow and Right to Blue; Now go up to Red gem and go left and completely around the outer square until you are back up in front of the Pink gem. Now go Up to Pink; Up to Yellow; Right to Green; Down to Orange; and Left to Red; Repeat for the other side then up to the next section and repeat right and left like you just did.

I was having that problem to Oslo, have you emailed Patrick (Midnight Synergy) about it?.
If you look down the list of posts you`ll find one or two that involve the Blue Shard, al depends where your problem lies

Thank you so much for your help. I'm so water-logged from drowning as I slide off the ice, that eventually I did a search and found your very welcome post.
Don't know where I go from here, but I'm now ready to continue my adventure into the unknown.
thanks dics18,&txpeach I got that level,you must have a great mind to get that one,now i'm still trying to get the mealting pot,in foggy mountaint,them foggy mount. ones are hard,i'll never get this game without help,i'm just an old gramma,my grandson use to help me on games but they moved,oh well thanks again,it helped a lot. gram.
