I'm here (see attached) ... I can go right and meet a big friend(?), but how do I cross the water and go inside here?

[Or maybe I've been in already and forgotten!]

I'm at 75 stars, and haven't gone to Sundog Island yet ...

You need to go to Sundog Island before you can even think of going in there. You'll get there eventually.

I think you will enter this place when you completed all levels.
