can you show us the icon tex?
Why did the chicken cross the road?
Because if the road crossed the chicken the old lady's would trip over the bump!
(no offence to anyone who thinks of themselves as "old")

EDIT: Stars is already in Item category....

Your icon tex not work because is too big!
Only icon texture size 512x512 work in wa editor!
