OK, I've changed the Title, and I recently added green toast.
In place of Toasters, most of the enemies will be either existing toast, or new toast (such as Giant Toast).

Also, I'm annoyed of chaos ensuing every time someone says *shot*. Sure, it isn't funny, but that doesn't mean every single time soneone types it is a crisis. Not everything has to be funny anyway...

I get it, but because ET at this point in the game hasn't made a efficient way of making toasters, so he makes very few. At least Roaster had hands.

IIRC Roaster requited(not made) the whole(so ET wouldn't have the large army he has now, if he has anything)army, and as he rebuilt ET that hints he was created before the events...I mean event of the original ET1.

Roaster was built before ET1. The Toaster Army didn't exist until Roaster built it shortly before the events of ET2. Thus, the other toast and toasters didn't exist at the time of ET1, making the plot of FT9001 pretty much nil.

Toast =/= Toaster.
The plot is going to be Pre-ET1, actually, because it actually wouldn't be the real ET1 until the final boss.
And as for the army, who said ET couldn't build his own toasters for testing and leave the blueprints for Roaster, who is still training the toast in ET's lair?
As for the plot, here it goes:
The apple community was a peaceful place. That is, until the toast virus hit it. There were 102 inhabitants, but that was before. 88 of them went insane and locked themselves in cages. 1 decided to aid the Toast. Another disappeared and never seen again. A random apple, named App was chosen to defeat the toasters responsible for the outbreak. He first goes to an evil scientist for some way of fighting, but he had no idea what Frank could do...

Here's what the toast infection really is:
A rouge toast escapes from ET's lair. As you know, Apples are very sensitive to toast. An unusually allergic apple gets a toast in his eye, causing the crumbs from the toast to fuse with a serious illness, which spread.
The illness causes Apples to vomit toast regularly, which either infect more apples or reproduce the toast itself.

Okay. App is chosen by the apples to fight off the toast. Only, he has no way of fighting (besides d-smash). So an apple named Motewolon (he's good in this game) suggests that he go to a scientist named Frank. Maybe he can restore an ancient power in App. He gets to Frank, and (knowing Frank's evilness) he erases all memory of App's real name and anything about Frank and the Bots (this affects all apples on App's side of the Great Stone Wall) in return, App gets splapples. This is why everyone calls him "The Apple".
