Yeay, page 50!!

Caton's idea is a good one! Extract a new editor copy to some empty folder, and copy your file to your main editor.

Anyway, there's a recycle bin, you know; try looking there. It even has a search bar. A very helpful thing indeed.

On an unrelated note, I recently bought a 2nd hand monitor for $12. It works great! I haven't measured it, but it says it's 15 inches. Pretty cool!
One issue though - if I load the RTW editor or player in it, the game's video and audio freeze and pressing buttons does not change it. Dragging the windows back to my laptop's built in monitor puts it back to normal. Only the RTW window is affected. Running other 3D games on it works fine. Anyone else encounter similar problems? (Probably buggy Wine again, grumble grumble.)

If you haven't already done any of the above, here's a link to download the wop.

I suppose I could have easily downloaded a new editor and taken the wop from there, but I didn't, so thank you, HTDR.

That's not good.

Should we revive the official "I'm Sick" topic?

What happened to the topic which was named something like, "Updated level list after 2007"? I have tried a search, and looking through several pages of topics, but I couldn't find it.
This is referring to mette's site's RTW level archive only going to 2007 (or whenever).
Anyway, I was going to write a script to download all the levels that exist currently and archive those, and therefore I wanted to post it in that topic, since it would be an updated level list.

Wonderland Remix Rights

Post by Evilgrapez Moosic »

So, I wanted to make a remix of a song from Return to Wonderland, "Rainbow World." I'm actually almost done with it, but I was browsing the forums and found out the policy for fangames was that you could only share it on here, the forums. So I'm wondering, is it the same for remixes? Can I only share them here? It would be completely free.

I wasn't really sure where to ask this, and I figured it didn't deserve its own topic, so...

The best idea would be to PM/email Midnight Synergy. They replied to me about my Wonderland GB game (which by the way will probably not be continued). I'm fairly sure it'll be fine if you tell everyone about Wonderland and the origins of the music and give credit where appropriate and all that good stuff.
It might be best to put it in the "Wonderland Music" topic, since it is, after all, Wonderland music.

You're probably thinking about the Fair Use Statement, which only applies to content created by the WA3 editor itself. Other assets are not governed under this statement.

MS has been fairly lax about fan-made content; just use common sense.

Do I need a tumblr account to read the blog? It asks me create one or log in, and I don't see a link to just view the posts without one.

(unrelated to above posts)
I bought the Midnight Synergy games collection disc. All the game work fine, except Intensity XS and Intensity XS ReCharge. Not quite sure what happens, (this was a while ago), I think I got a window to select the game window size. I clicked on the start button. Intensity says some brief error message and does not start. Similar behaviour with both games. This happens in Windows 10. In Wine/Linux, nothing happens when I try to run the games.
This is obviously not the correct behaviour, but does it happen to anyone else?

Colony and the Intensity games, as far as I know, are not programmed in Blitz3D like the other games are. They're also very old, so they're probably not going to be stable on anything higher than Windows XP. I remember getting some kind of error when trying to run it on Windows 7.
