Minecraft Beta 1.6 was released this morning! After a few hours more bug fixes were released, and now it's 1.6.4

I'm very much into this game. Haven't been able to buy it, though. My parents don't really like using their credit cards. A friend of mine is letting me use his account for singleplayer while I convince my parents Notch won't steal the credit card number.

same here. Except my dad is even more serious about the credit card danger that I call them the Chicken Little of Credit Cards

I had some slightly corrupted worlds, so I redownloaded Minecraft. I have a new world now. I have a small wood house with a basement that uses a trapdoor. :3

We need a SMP Wonderland Server for us to play.

Yeah, a Wonderland SMP server would be great!

I just noticed that rain sounds now play when you have "fast" graphics!
My laptop isn't the fastest computer, and it doesn't handle Fancy very well.

@Technos: I really wish parents weren't that paranoid about buying stuff online. It was a little hard to convince them to buy Wonderland for me.

1 cobblestone block was placed in the making of this structure.

You placed water and lava on the original cobblestone block.

Wrong.

I placed lava on top of the pillar, let it flow down, deleted the spring with a dirt block then QUICKLY placed a water block above it. Deleted the water spring, then topped it with the one cobblestone block.
Or at least that's what I remember doing.

It was obvious that you used water and lava. You could have placed it against the cobblestone block, yet I didn't have a way of knowing if you placed it differently.

I've made gigantic walls for my towers using water and lava. It uses barely any resources and saves tons of time. On the topic of walls, building a wall 2 blocks up at a time in layers is proven to be the fastest way to build it.

Mushrooms slowly spread. I have a three part farm, Mushroom, Sugar Cane, and Wheat. I am planning to add Cactus.

Water on still lava results in obsidian. Moving water onto moving lava makes cobblestone.

I usually look for minerals in caves. You don't need to carve out so much stone and it helps you overcome your fears. You can also find valuables quite quickly.

They said they have removed Herobrine (Him) out of the game!
If you don't know who herobrine is.
He is practically a stalker that follows you around in other words he is Notch's Dead Brother Notch added him in the game !

Except it's all a giant lie and/or creepypasta that was never creepy and never will be. It was a joke at best, but it was a bad one, raging the forum into "IZ HEROBRINE REELZ LOLOLOL" again.

now if you break glowstone with pickaxe you get 4 peaces or less and
now it only takes 4 peaces for glowstone now!

Notch said there will be new landforms for 1.7, but we might have to make new saves for it. D:<
