It looks to me that the Indigo magic is a combination of Blink, Pop, and Brr due to the 3 colors in the tornado. My guess is that if the spellball is aimed at an empty tile, it'll act like blink and move the player. If it's aimed at a tile with a button on it, it'll act like Pop, and if it's aimed at a monster, it'll freeze them. I think the green thing on the left is separate from the magic.

Agreed. It might be a fusion magic and I think the 'x' is the type changing thing.

I doubt Patrick would do that. That seems kind of pointless.

You could make some 'How many spellballs of each magic type do I need to use' puzzles.

That, unlike individual magic types like Grow and Floing, would bring almost nothing new to the plate. If F Magic is actually some weird combination of previous magic types, I'm going to be seriously disappointed. Although, like MWM said, I doubt MS would do that.
The funnel from the F Magic is only rainbow because WA rainbows rainbows rainbows.

Epic awesomeness!!!
I think the player already pressed that button, and that button is linked to the other red gate in-line with all those other different coloured gates.
There's the possibility it could have something to do with that green particle, especially seeing that it looks like the particle hasn't finished its animation.

2 Things:
1) Here's something to ponder: where is that level? That texture doesn't necessarily look like the planet of the z-bots.
2) There's a lot of "Indigo F magic will probably be boring because it might be a mix of the other ones." Well, what;s wrong with that? And besides, indigo magic probably won't be the only new feature.
I can't wait!

I just came up with a new idea. I can't wait for POTZ to come out, and this might make things... interesting. Let's have a race: MS tries to finish the game and release it while we try to get to 100 pages on this WA3 Update Thread. Who can achieve their goal first?...
MS, do you accept the challenge?

I'm guessing most of the begginer levels are on the starship.

That's what I think too. Although sewer texture doesn't really relate to starships.
Just 5 more pics away...

Maybe he's using the sewer texture as a placement for another texture. Or maybe it's an abandoned complex.

As long as all the posts are legit and not spam, this could work.

Oh, we're going to win. Without spamming, we're going to win. Give yourself a trophy.

I'm glad the players like the idea of the race, but we still need to know if MS accepts the challenge.
And also, I don't think the level showed most recently is a beginner level in the starship because
a) It looks WAY too complex to be a beginner level
b) It doesn't look like a starship.

It doesn't look
WAY too complex. Also, that's exactly what I said, it doesn't look like a starship. Also, I doubt indigo magic would be taught to you at the very, very beginning of the game.
With the race thing, I agree, it may lead to a lot of spam.

Hi,
obviously, a "race" is not on. WA3 will be ready when it's ready, and that is going to be quite independent of the number of posts in this topic.
Instead of a screenshots, I'll give a tidbit of information this week: Indigo Magic is NOT a combination/rehash of previous powers. It's something very new.

Sorry about the whole "race" idea.

I trust that the finished game will be worth the wait!

Thanks for clarifying that. It was about time the argument ceased.

It seemed like me and whoever else was saying that indigo might be a mix magic was being argued against, but I didn't want to reply. I understand some people think a mix-magic would be boring, but please don't say it like that, as if it's ridiculous to think otherwise.

Yeah! Why not speculate about other things, like...
Lurkers
Brown Scritters
The Suction Tube Thingys That Act Like Springs
The Giant Purple Crystal
and so much more...
Wait a minute, this is on the next page! I SWEAR, it's a funny coincidence.

Rainbow magic would be a better choice if you wanted a mix of other magic powers, because indigo is a different colour.

I'm guessing that the brown scritter behaves differently. Maybe it FOLLOWS you? POTZ version of green crabs.
