Well, the top one's just a concept I had for having mislocated transporters...

the bottom one, however, is basically supposed to make you confused as to "Where does this one go?"

The little box was just something I threw in as a test for invisible transporters (I'll find a way).

Use Paint, then make the whole texture black.
This might work. ._.
For some reason making things black causes the texture to
go invisible.

I don't know how to make custom textures, so there's that...

however, I could just make it so they're so deep beneath the water that you can't see them. :idea:

That's how games usually handle transparency when using .bmp files. I personally use .png because it doesn't have stinky .jpg artifacts and non-transparency like .bmp. But uh, that's not important.

Make a completely black square in paint or something, save it as .bmp, and put it in your Custom folder.
