There've been some truly great submissions so far... I think you folks will have a lot of fun discovering these little extras in the finished game.

(There also haven't been that many different people entering, which is good news for those that did - your chances of winning a copy of the game is very good, indeed! )

Today's the entry deadline for this competition. Make sure to send in your Wonderland pictures, drawings, jokes, puzzles, or models today to be eligible for the prize draw. I'll be going through every entry over the weekend, and will announce winners early next week.

Let me explain. In the end, while there've been some great entries, there were actually not that many people who entered (many sent in more than one entry). In total, there were eleven contestants: John925, Liz Mayhew, Ben09, popo, drushing, janetgalle, mette, AndySquirrel, HelloWorld, Loof 101, Wonderland01.

The two most successful categories were the Wonderland Art images and the outfit models... I must say I absolutely loved some of the entries. The rest of you will get a big kick out of seeing these extras in the new game, and so let me first say a really big "Thank You" to all who sent in their work (esp. multiple models and paintings!). The puzzle and joke category was less successful, with fewer entries and not all entries being usable - I guess that was a tough one.

I thought about possibly extending the contest deadline a little (as some people had e-mailed me that they wanted to enter, but didn't have the time right now), but then I decided - especially since some of the entries came from younger players - to simply award a copy of Wonderland Adventures to all eleven who entered. Congratulations, and thank you, to all eleven of you!



Now:

While the contest is over, I would still like to extend the invite to send in images for the Wonderland Art Gallery. There've been some really nice examples so far, and while it is only a small feature in the game, I think it is actually quite lovely to see the collective creativity of the forum on display.

If you have some time, please consider sending in (via e-mail) a 256x256 or 512x512 image for the Gallery. This could be an interesting ALT-X screenshot, a hand-drawn image, a sketch, or a doodle. This could also be something you might want to do with your friends, children, grand-children, etc. If you send in an image, please let me know how you would like your name displayed under the image in the Gallery.

Can hardly wait til the new Wonderland Adventures is ready so we can see all the designs. Noticed a few in the Midnight Post edition & it looks awesome -- we'll all have to learn a new game very shortly
