  read
  
  edit
  
  delete
  
  undelete
  
  rollback
  
  block/ban
  
  protect
  
  change user groups

Well, we can use image URLs anyway. Added an image to the Stub.

I'm going to research to see how to do it. Or you can make me an admin and I will snoop around to see what I can do.

I'm guessing it would be somewhere in "special pages" under "toolbox". Because everything is there.
