The idea of the game is that you always move like you're on ice, so wouldn't that just not affect gameplay?

Ok, how about this:I keep with the same squres-only-no-plot thing until the final version. In the final version, you can still download a no-plot-all-squares version, but you can also download a yes-plot-with-charecters version.

Just saying, it's not gonna still about squares when the plot version comes out. You become a ailen, remember?

Now, just wondering, how is the plot steriotypical?

To be honest, I only realy want a plot so I can make a action-platformer sequel later on. Without a place, a platformer wouldn't fit, and you can't have a location unless you have a tiny bit of a plot. By tiny I mean "You are in the artic" kind of tiny.
(To be honest, I've been wanting to make a game with my own charecters for a while. FT1, WP and other fangames don't work, the charecters aren't mine and when they are they normaly need to die at the end, or have not much to do with the plot. In the We Brawl series, the charecters are us so I can't make anyone up. Besides the OOFs and Kirushi.)


Are you guys ok with a normal-square version and a plot-ailen version?

@GS:The belt, mabye. But it would probaly only look good if we don't have just squares. And ice, well, if I add the plot the floor will be ice anyway. So yeah.

Well, sounds like a great plan to me. I think that it would be fine with just a bit of plot in the beginning telling you how you got there, and then how you get out (leading up to the setting for the sequel) as long as the game still makes sense without it. The only reason i thought the plot was steriotypical was because it's the future, there's aliens, and all the humans are dead. Just try to avoid clouding up the game with the plot.

Okay. The original plan was 20 levels for demo 1? It's been so long, I can't even remember. I actually forgot about it 100% until Nobody brought it up. I figgured I sould let out demo 1 now. It only has 11 levels, but whatever.

I don't have solutions for any of the levels written down. Until I find the one for that one again, keep in mind that if a cracked wall is in your way, you can usaly go around, smash it, and go back. ;)
