I actually want to try and play with MasterWonderMage, since he himself wanted to play with me. I keep not finding him in the chatbox, though. Perhaps, he keeps not finding me.
Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

Two more results. One I've got a few days ago, versus ab-47. The other is just now, against MasterWonderMage.
Won both.
The game against MWM started off a bit strangely -- with megaslow internet for MWM. That made it a pain for both of us to wait for the moves of the other player. He rebooted, but it didn't work. Then his internet crashed totally (I think) and he was out for a long time. Then he reconfigured everything and then it finally went normally.
In the beginning of the game, he sacrificed a bishop for... pretty much nothing. When it all started up "normally" once more, I wanted to "speed things up" and also sac'ed a bishop to open up his king. Regretted it, cause my position wasn't developed enough to use his new weaknesses.
Then I managed (after a bit of careless play on his part) to win his knight and then he fell for a simple "discovered attack" trap, which allowed me to win his queen and make everything else redundant.
He kept playing for a while, but ultimately resigned.
I was black in the MWM game, and white in the ab-47 game.
(It's very late for me now, so I have to go to sleep)

We played 2 games so far and it was a 1-1 tie.
In the first game I was white. At first in the opening I felt like I was being somewhat pressured, but after a slightly careless move on billy bob's part I was able to destroy most of his queenside position and pressure that position with my pawns, which made him resign.
In the second game I was black. The opening went much better, but his mistake led me into a psychological trap -- I was eager to jump on an advantage and grab 2 pawns for free and get a great endgame -- but it was a rook endgame, and I suck horribly at rook endgames. I missed some major moves on his part -- he was able to slowly whittle down all of my pawns!! And he still had two left. While I was scrambling to defend myself, I once put my king in check by accident (lol) and after we took that back, at the very end I also managed to lose my rook to my own favorite chess trick, thus making me resign -- going on was pointless.
