I deleted the entire world. My attachbox shouldn't be full anymore.
A place to discuss all things Wonderland!

The scenery doesn't have to be terrible. The puzzles can be just plain bad.Wonderman109 wrote:MY TEXTURE IS BEING USED!![]()

But if you want your levels to be terrible in that way, then I'll have to change the style of my future submissions. I have a 2nd done (I need to test it but it's too late for me now as I have to go to sleep soon) and it isn't like that. My 1st isn't messed-up terrible either. But I'll work on it.
I can't even tell what the floors are! It looks like ice and walls and water combined to make a crappy adventure.MyNameIsKooky wrote:I will release Demo 1 once we hit 15 levels. Here's a picture of the kind of things you should expect:
Umm... I think my eyes wouldn't survive playing this (even if they would, my brain would explode). Trust me, normal textures are OKMyNameIsKooky wrote:I will release Demo 1 once we hit 15 levels. Here's a picture of the kind of things you should expect: (picture there)
Agreed.Pawelec wrote:Umm... I think my eyes wouldn't survive playing this (even if they would, my brain would explode). Trust me, normal textures are OKMyNameIsKooky wrote:I will release Demo 1 once we hit 15 levels. Here's a picture of the kind of things you should expect: (picture there)
My eyes are grateful...MyNameIsKooky wrote:That was actually the only level that used a non-normal texture.
But 'terrible' doesn't mean 'unplayable due to making your eyes drop out of skull'. It's hard to play so colourful and abstract adventures, it's hard to move in them.Nobody wrote:You do realize it's supposed to look bad, right? It's called Terrible Island for a reason.
Your post is terrible enoughNobody wrote:I personally think the texture is fine. I could easily get through that without problems. For me, as long as you can tell what is and isn't wall the visuals don't bother me. And while 'terrible' and 'extremely unsightly' aren't synonyms, don't you agree that something being extremely unsightly is pretty terrible?
And your attitude even moreso. Even though Nobody's post wasn't terrible in the first place.Pawelec wrote:Your post is terrible enough
15 levels marks the release of Demo 1. Right now we have 6.Pawelec wrote:OK, back on topic, are you going to release any demo soon?
Yes, there will be a storyline of some sort, although I haven't quite decided on it yet.Pawelec wrote:Is there any storyline?
Sorry, but I don't really think that entry will fit into this hub, since people are going to play it for the hilariously bad adventures rather than the puzzles.Wonderman109 wrote:Note to MNIK: I've submitted a second entry.
STOP MAKING THEM SO GOOD!Wonderman109 wrote:MNIK, you have two levels in your inbox to check out, and a third will be coming soon.
This is why my 'Abstraction' never got much attention. I re-played it just now and well, ouch.Pawelec wrote:But 'terrible' doesn't mean 'unplayable due to making your eyes drop out of skull'.
