Because most contests aren't very good lately
I had other ideas, but I wanted to start out simple. Maybe next time, perhaps.

Making contests that are 'simple' leave too many open ends that makes the submission range huge. People on the forum aren't that interested in the game to make just any general level. Something small where a lot of rules and details are important, something that involves a trick, or lots of creativity and design, will earn the most attention from my experience here.

You see, I've tried to make a very complex competition and it failed as well. I think the community isn't interested in competitions at all. 2 entries aren't worth creating one and if someone finds a particular contest not suitable for them they don't participate. On the other hand if there's a person who gets into many of these they usually do their entries quickly and lower the average quality. Last thing to mention is most of the talented designers run huge projects (hubs, adventure series etc.) and don't have time to do the competitions, even if they wish, without having a break in their planned work. In my opinion PC Puzzle WA competitions as such have little sense, if any at all. Sorry to write that but this is what I concluded from all the things happening on this forum so far.
Requiestat in pace, WA competitions

I entered every contest with levels of non-below-average-quality(I hope) while still working on hubs and miscellaneous adventures, let alone the other 8 projects I do and the 5 that are being postponed...
I keep busy, ok?
Still, though, I've not seen
nearly as many levels as when the editors first came out - which is understandable, but still kind of saddening.

Should I share it separately, or is there another submission?

Alright, then.
Don't suppose this means I win by default?
