EDIT: Thanks to all you wonderful gals, I've completed this level and I'd never have thought of that shifty/nifty move with keyboard and mouse.

Just remember, that nifty keyboard/mouse trick isn't the intended solution. It was my own loophole. I've no idea at all how to complete the level if that method of gate walking becomes unavailable in future releases.

I did it the intended way, without the mouse/keyboard trick. But I didn't write it down. I'm not as organiozed as you, Loirae

What follows is a spoiler posted on page 1 of this thread which I found confusing, regarding where to explode your boomers once you make it past the first puzzle. So, in order to save misdirection for those just starting this level... my comments/corrections are in 'caps'.

Thank you guys for answering our zillions of pleas for help and it's understandable things might come out 'bass aackward' on occassion.

Position one boomer between the two bottom barrels at the left YES. Position second boomer beside the top barrel at the left, make go one step to the right before expload BOOMER IN SECOND SPACE BELOW LOWEST BARREL. IN THIS SITUATION YOU WANT A SPACE BETWEEN THE TWO. Third boomer goes between the upper two barrels GOES BETWEEN 2/3 on the right.

Well I'm stuck at the very beginning I keep trying but just can't figure it out.

Put each boomer on a button
the gates of the free button are opened
go thru there
but not yet on the square button in front of you
e.g. when you are in front of the green button the boomer on the circled green buton has to step off. Then step on the green button
So it is the same with the other colours
so when that boomer is off the button, then step on the square button
put all boomers off the buttons
step on all other square buttons
get 1 boomer thru, he steps over a round button, so all gates will close
put the other boomers thru the same opened gates
that's it!

Hope my memory serves correctly......

You only need to get yourself thru ONE lane. Standing safely ABOVE, move your buddies DOWN below the round buttons. You should be able to figure it out from there.

Help - stuck on middle section where it says to put stinker on indigo button and drag boomer from 5 to 2. As soon as boomer moves off indigo button - even though I am keeping the up key pressed - there doesn't seem to be enough time for the orange gate to go down. I keep getting killed. Am I doing something wrong - or is there another solution.

I was trying to get all the boomers through the gates at bottom, thinking they all had to reach the star!!

Done it now - thank you

Drag boomer from 11 to 10. Go down to orange button. Then back up to indigo button.
