I also tried seeing the movies, but before I did, it said there was an upgrade so I did that and the movies were distorted so I'll have to try real player and see if that works. It worked enough to see what you were talking about but the images faded.
I have to ask, Loirae did this happen when you opened the level or did you do something to make this happen. I have opened this level on 2 different pcs and never saw that. I thought it was pretty cool effect just wondered why it happened. I thought I read all that you had posted but maybe I missed that part.

The ghost tree happened the first time I played the level. So, I opened it in the editor and changed the ghosts to other monsters and that's how I got to see the others. I have 2 other computers, so I loaded the game on those and looked and could not see it on my other two computers. I think it's related to the graphics card or some kind of graphics setting.
When I view the level, there are three ghosts that turn into trees. One in that main section, and two on the bottom left of the screen. I did get one of the trees to go away when I was trying to figure out how there got there. I took out all but 4 of the of the real trees on the top row. The ghost tree in the main island stopped showing up, but the other two bottom left side remained. I was able to totally remove the problem by changing the size from a 90x22 level to a 90x20 - taking the extra two rows from the top. I wonder of the sheer number of trees in the level combined with my graphics card has something to do with it? We will probably never know.

Thank you Loirae, I just couldn't figure out how you were able to see that so I tried it on another computer too. That is pretty weird, thanks for sharing, couldn't have happened at a better time of year

I also have the newest version of Media Player, but tonight I saved the files, with the intention of using Real Player, and was able to "open" the file with Windows Media.
That is so cool! I didn't download them all, but I know my kids will want to see them tomorrow!
Thanks, Loirae!

Well, I finished most levels and will send in my scores today. There were easy levels, difficult ones and everything in between. Thanks for the hints on K, R and S, I needed them.
A word on something else, folks: there are so many levels being posted lately, that it's impossible to keep up with all that's happening. Am I the only one with the problem of forever falling behind? I thought not.
In order to give everyone the attention they deserve, here's my suggestion:
Members who's username begins with A - E will post on monday, F - J on tuesday, K - L (special case) only on wednesday between 10 to midnight GMT and not more than 2 levels, unless it measures 1200 square tiles or more, in which case only 1 level (and above 3500 tiles only with Easter, which applies to everyone), M - Q will publish on thursday, R - U can surprise us on friday and V - Z will have the entire weekend, except sunday, which is reserved for extra tricky stinky levels (you know who you are!) and puzzles containing more than 23 trampolines and/or 48 chompers .
I talked to the entire crew of Midnight Synergy and they think it's not only a great plan, but inevitable. I understand that once they've found 87 more Moderators the scheme will become active. Just a matter of days, folks.

Mahaloof, I don't think that's right. Imagine yourself making a level and then to find that you have to wait a whole week to post it!
With sunday for stinkers plan it's NOT possible to achieve because in my opinion it's NOT possible to rate the difficulty of your own levels.

You're absolutely right, Muzozavr, and I'm very well aware of that fact. So I'm happy to announce that the whole plan was a joke, OK?
Midnight Synergy would never go with a ridiculous scheme like that.
( Except maybe the K- L section.....

)
So everybody who may have gotten confused for a moment: Relax, it's playtime!!

KEEP MAKING LEVELS EVERY DAY

Of course I agree with Tasha. Don't stop the flow, it's bad for your health.
It is true, though, that I can't keep up with everything, but I've seen this "complaint" from others too, from time to time.
Oh well, tis just the way of the (Wonder)World....
I have no idea how you manage to make a level a day, Kiki. I open the editor when an idea pops up, some combination of elements. Then I fiddle around with it until something easy becomes clompicadte. Many days later I reach an end-stage, which is quite exciting, and then some more tweaks, and then looking for a fun Texture, and some more tweaks, and looking for interesting Models, and another little tweak....... How can a sane person do all this in one day???.....
...Ahh, ahem, no offence meant.
Anyway, just let it roll...!!

I laughed so hard, Mahaloof!
I'm way behind, too. But, the board seems to go in cycles. There will be a flurry of levels, then it slows down for a while. I just keep saving them up for a rainy day.
Hmmm... look at that, it's raining now, and I still don't have time to play. Well, maybe I'll save them for a tornado. I should have time before that season starts back up again.

My scores are in! Well done everyone - some fantastic levels in there
Thanks again for organising this - it was a lot of fun and there were some great levels to play. I still have three that I cannot complete - will keep trying
Loops - you have your work cut out now getting all those scores added up

Have you had a good response from people who didn't enter yet?
Thanks again

Getting the scores added up is easy peasy. I made an excel spreadsheet way at the beginning. It's WAY cool.
Not sure what your question means. You mean do non-competitors like the levels? Or, have I has a good crop of scores from ... Oh, I don't know what you mean.

I'll tell you this though, the scores range from
<shshshshshshhhshshs> to
<shshshshshshhhshshs> hello?
<shshshshshshhhshshs> I can't hear you!
<shshshshshshhhshshs> I think the forum
<shshshshshshhhshshs>is going through a tunnel

Out of curiosity, can we know how many times the halloween file was downloaded and how many turned in votes?

Yes it has! And you can still give scored even if you can't finish a level.
Deadline is coming up, ladies, gentlemen, and stinkers.

All I know is that approximately 125 people downloaded the files from my server. I have no way of knowing how many downloaded from MS......
