Still working on the boss. It's all "programed" but the exit pad...but there's a problem. I can't beat it. This might take a while...

Make the boss drop health each time you hit it several times. That's what I did.

It allready drops health...or, well, it shoots out cubes which fall on you, and if they touch you they turn into robot pieces of toast wich drop health after you beat them up. Thanks, though!

Ok, I think I found a way to get more level! Well, make the plot longer! I thought of that idea long before, but I only thought of the extra plot now.

You get at least 27 new levels from this plot, plus 5 more if you don't mind levels after the final boss that still have to do with the story. Also, you get 1 extra pod level!

When the ET realises that Shaman is trying to resque The Apple, he tells Mapac to build something to kill him(the first boss) and tell him there is a pod upgrade there to lure him over(Of course, he actually had to put one there to keep the trust if he does beat it). I allready thought of this, but I only mentioned it now...anyway, here is that extra plot I mentioned:

After a while of Shaman destroyed the Toaster Armara, the ET asks Roaster if he's heard the legend of the God of Toasters. He has, it's not a apple legend like the legend of Shaman. Since Shaman turns out to be real, they asume that the God of Toasters is. Acording to the legend, the God of Toasters was pure evil, and a army of apples needed to destroy him. After years of war, they...wern't amble to, but they were amble to teleport him away to another world(that's where the worminator came in. Kooky, if you are reading this, and there is allready a backstory to the Worminator, please tell me). The ET beleved that, if they could bring him back to their world he would grant them a wish(which was also in the legend). Of course, that wish would be to destroy the planet. That's not just to say, they will end up retreving him(5 more levels. The world of darkness.)After you beat the ET and Roaster, they retreat, and go into that world. (5 more levels getting to their portal. That's 10 more added up so far. These 5 come before the other 5 I mentioned.) They then find the God of Toasters, and bring him over to the portal. Shaman chaces them, but is ambushed outside the portal(on the other side) by the Elite Forces.(They are purple toasters I mentioned earlyer).Cue boss fight.(Ok, 11 levels now.) Then you try and catch up with them. (5 more levels. We are at 16). You do, and they are about to enter the teleporter(this is happening on the base on another planet, not the moon base) and Mapac jumps out of it and eats it. He says that he's fed up of lissing to the ET, and now he's gonna help Shaman(I'm gonna show that after a while he's not quite on board). Roaster and the ET are outraged, and they start to shoot him. But he just eats the toast they shoot. Then the GOT shoots a giant flaming piece of toast at Mapac, at a blinding speed. Mapac goes flying, crashes through the wall, and goes out of sight. Then the GOT picks up Roaster and the ET, and flies over to their planet. The pod is back on the moon, so they can't chase after them. The only option is to go find Mapac so he can build another teleporter and hope that wasn't a trap. (Cue 5 more levels. Whoho, 21 now.) It's not, and but he can't build one since he dosen't have the parts.(5 more levels, at least. 26.)You give him the parts, and he builds one. You teleport there just before the toasters reach the planet. You jump in the pod and begin to shoot at the GOT(A pod level! Yay!). After you finish the pod level, he pretends to be KOed. You land, and he blasts the pod after you exit. It's destroyed.(The forcefileds are off because you left. Did I mention you get a forcefiled upgrade?) You have to fight him unarmed! (Cue final boss! 27.) After you beat him, you need to figure out how to get back to your planet, since you have no pod. I'm not shure if it;s a good idea to shove levels in after the final boss. If no, Mapac will rewire the teleporter to bring you home. If I think it's a good idea to put in more levels, you will need to get to the toaster escape pods and fly one home. (5 more levels. 32.) End of game.

I never had a backstory to the Worminator aside from having Shaman build it.

Also, if you don't want to read the story, I'm gonna mention that I'm adding another fan charecter:

The God of Toasters.

P.S. I might add(as a extra after you beat the game) that you fight Justin Bieber(A lot of people hate him, including me, I want to give people a chance to beat him up) were every time he says "baby" you get hurt(or he will shoot the word "Baby" at you) and the fan charecter above will be floating above you, dromping health to you screaming "Kill him allready!" or "Make this guy be quiet!" or something allong those lines. Probaly #1.

It does look like that, now that you mention it...but no. It's hard to guess so I'll say the small boxes hold some stats, and the big box at the bottom would have pictures in it...

Ok, I might not end up doing what the thing above was for.

Right now I'm working on the opening scene, where Roaster uses the caginator on The Apple. I set up a diaolouge system with the folowing features:

• Shows a pic of who is talking
  Shows the charecters name
  Shows what they are saying(duh)
  Types itself out
  Plays a sound when a new letter is placed
  Allows you to skip all the text writing itself down and put the whole thing instantly
  Go to next speech only when you want to
  You can't skip before all text is placed
  Plays a sound when you go to the next text
  2 sizes(Name and speech)

Ok, I couldn't figgure out mulit-colored text. But I think it's good, I'm proud of it.

I'll post a screenshot of the speech when I finish the cutscene.

While I was planning the plot for Evil Toaster 5 (and I still am) I pictured the Apple to be way less harsh than that.

He's talking about hell as a place, so it's not a bad word in this case. But I'll change that part...

At a couple of points Roaster says "Shut up" in that cutscene. Should I leave that? "Shut up" is in E rated games all the time, and mild language dosen't pop up in the "warnings".

Roaster is harsh anyways, so go ahead.

I'm still thinking of that mental picture in my head of the Apple and Roaster shouting obscene threats at each other.

Allright, cool.

I loled at that thought. I think I'll make a cutscene like that that has nothing to do with the story, as a secret. Well, not much of a secret now, but how to activate it is gonna stay a secret.

I guess he shouldn't be too harsh, but as Kooky said, Roaster is harsh, so he's gonna swear all he wants. (It's gonna be sensored, don't worry.)



Since we got into this safety discusion, I'll say the box-thing-peview above would hold info on weppons, I was thinking of letting you use weppons...Should I let you have guns(you're just shooting toast and toasters. Keep that in mind. People have died in the ET series anyway.), or should I keep with just baseball bats, hammers, chocolate bars that give you sugar rushes, etc?

It's just yes or no to guns. The hammers and stuff will stay, don't worry about that part.

If you mean swears as in curse words, then don't. I meant Roaster could say "shut up" or whatever, but I don't think he would go as far as swearing. >.>

Hi guys. I started the gun thing, and it's allmost done. Actually, I added the ammo thing, so if the test goes well it is done...well, at least just the chain gun.

The gun is a lot biger than you...just a remender, you're a apple. Apples aren't actually that big.

Sonic 4 doesn't count, but Sonic Generations is actually going back to the classic formula and Colors is awesome on its own.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that Colors was good. I've never heard of Generations before.
