New Da Model - Sign Text

You can edit the JPG and put something in and it will be shown on the sign! 
EDIT: Here is the changing JPG information:
Ya open up paint, or whatever drawing program you use and open the JPG file, clear it out, then put your own stuff on it, save as model1 in another folder, then copy the 3ds file into the other folder and there you go.
