Hi all,
It is Stone cold here today, -36F with the wind.
Here is a bunch of sokoban style levels.
One texture (stonecave) for all of them and 1 model (sword).
I zipped them all up together. If you have problems with the download, let me know and I can/will post everything separately.
Enjoy,
jg

WOW!

We only have -18C and that's very cold for us!
Yours is quite a bit colder than -40C!

A cold wave on Riga, Moscow, and now yours country! (Which one is it, BTW?) (Changed temperature to more correct)
As for levels, they are nice, but far too simple.

The only one which had me going for a bit was "Touch Stone".

Janet - the texture is wonderful. I love it, and will definitely be using it sometime. And that sword model is great!
Take no notice of Muzo - he's too clever!

The sokoban's are not too simple for ordinary folk. And quite a challenge for those who have sokoban blindness (like me!

). In fact it's been a pleasure to complete some sokoban puzzles for a change.
I still can't do #9 Touch Stone - it's driving me mad!
Ahahahahahaha! Ahahahahaha! Ahahahahahaha!

Maybe you meant sokoclever?

Cause at times I think I am Kiki-blind!

And I'm not THAT smarter than you -- it's just me having one of sokoban games as one of the earliest games I had.

I remember spending months trying to figure out the first level!

As for tough sokobans I still haven't solved most of original sokoban levels, yoshio murase's three box levels are out for me too...

Liz, if you're still struggling, here's a hint about "Touch Stone":
EDIT: Wrong hint removed, see a bit below for the correct hint.

Great set of levels, Janet. Some I solved on my first try but you also put in some real thinkers. Thanks for the challenge and the fun

North Dakota is in the US.

Yes, simple is as simple does. I am unable to do difficult sokobans, I fall into the soko-challenged catagory. (Along with Lizzie

) I was hoping to make a few levels that were less challenging to complete.
Glad you all like the texture. I was planning more models, some signs, and a few items to make the levels look a bit better... but I have had the baby here the last few days, and just didn't have the time.
Maybe for Valentines.......
jg
The titles don't have much to do with the levels, but I started with Stone Cold and just went with it. I could have done more but couldn't think of any more Stone _______.

Loved all these Janet - I didn't find them too easy at all! Just right for my liking! Some easyish, some medium and some stinkeroonie! I loved the texture - you just know I will be using that soon! It reminds me a little of your JG21 which I always really liked!
Made a nice change from all these fast-finger-licken-chicken undoable for some levels - eh Muzzy!
Great fun - many thanks!
PS: Are you going to supply us with something a little sexy for Valentines please
(Lutzy can't wait!)
PPS: How is the baby doing?

Wow, Liz, I'm sorry! That was a wrong hint about Touch Stone!
For Liz and all:
The leftmost box DOES go on the pink button!
This is the correct version of the hint.

Muzo - I knew that had to be it, but it's getting all the rest of it set up that I just can't do at the moment. Never mind though!
Thanks to lots of help from Muzo, I've finally finished #9. What a doozy that was.
Janet, this is a wonderful series and I love the titles.

Janet did you get a Sokoban book for Christmas!?
These were a lot of fun, just like most folks I had the most trouble with no. 9 until I decided to move a different box out of the playing field

...there's a little hint for anyone still pulling their hair out.
Thanks again,

These were great - thank you so much for a really good series.
Do we get 11-20 some time soon?
Number 9 gave me a lot of trouble, but I'm embarrassed to say
that number 6 "A Stones Throw" was the worst one for me, and then,
when I got it done, I was so excited that I forgot to finish it and had to do it again ! ! ! !
Now I can't understand why it was so difficult, because once you know how, it's easy.

.) Thanks for the thinkers!!

Wowza these were very cool. I too love the texture and the sword is very cool. I'm with Lizzie, Sokoban not so simple for me. I'm kinda Sokostupid.
The only one that still has me pullin' out my hair is #2 Rolling Stone. I guess I just don't think that way LOL lil' help please
"Kiki blind" now THAT cracks me up. I too have a Kiki solution deficiency!
Edit addition: Ok that worked for me. I post for help and then I go back and get it

Whatever works hehehe
Love the levels and that baby is adorable! My baby isn't so baby anymore. I miss that lil snuggly baby stuff

loved this series

Hi Janet
I am a bit under the weather this afternoon but I just had to jump in here to let you know how much I enjoyed this series first time around.
I guess I have a soko-affinity because I enjoy them a lot and tend to solve more of them than I do other types of action levels.
This series looked beautiful

and was a lot of fun for me. Thank you for taking the time to create such a delight for all of us.
Always
