Aaargh I have finished this without the coins but can't do it with the coins. On other games would scan so I could see further to do bigger jumps but can't work out if that is possible on this game.
Love the new game play although I do miss my arrow keys!!!
I am already cursing and only on demo, air will be blue when I get full version.!!!!!

If/When you go to the full version, you may find a way to fix some of your concerns. As Mr. P says, don't want to give too much away this early in the game.

As for missing your arrows, Exit, go to Options, and switch from MOUSE to MOUCE/KEYBOARD. Youll be able to navigate with the keyboard or mouse. Even move diagonal using the number pad (num lock off). However some things are still mouse specific, like Blinking.

Loirae, you keep mentioning this 'thing' you have to find to help you see further. I am now in Water Works in the Sewers. Should I have found it by now? I could really have done with it in the Treasure Chamber - which I managed to do after about 50 restarts.

I have a feeling I missed it completely because you seemed to find it quite early on.

Haven't got full version yet, does that mean I can't get my coins on this level of demo before I find whatever on full version?

No, I just play really fast. It's past the sewers. But it might be off the scope of the demo. I can't remember if I found it before or after purchasing the full game.

You won't be able to go back to get your coins on the demo as far as I can tell. MS, feel free to correct me, but I'msure that option is beyond the demo, also.

So - If I'm understanding this right, you need an item later in the game to completely finish this level?

Actually, I finished the level just fine without it.

I can finish the level, but not with all the coins. I can only get one set of coins, then finish the level. I can't seem to redo the level either... is that available in WA registered? Well, I guess I'll see soon enough, becuase I just ordered the full version.

Erm, yes it is (possible in the full game, that is).

I feel stupid... I always do!

I'm having the same issue... Question? After getting all the coins and those little whatever they're called, I jump back to the barrel, now here's the question... I can't seem to jump from the barrel to that red button to shut off the fire. I even tried to skp this level but can't seem to get that to work either. I've been trying this since the game came out and can't get past this level. Thanks in advance for the help.

Here is how I finally managed to get all the coins/gems.

SPOILER:

I first blinked to the fire room (not onto the barrel), then blinked to the button behind the flames. Got coins/gems. Then blinked to the barrel and blinked again to the left. Then blinked to coins top and blinked again to coins bottom. Then blinked to the travelator (7 blinks so far). Then blinked to the right (not onto barrel) and finally blinked again to the rightmost barrel!

how do you get across the stupid ice? Nothing I do works. I always drown.

Well, you can always blink across... or, to save 1 blink, you can go to the top left of the ice room, then slide diagonally down and to the right... either way you won't drown.

Oh the shame of it, my six year old daughter cracked this level before anyone had a chance to reply. Will I ever live it down

I give up, this level has beaten me I've followed all the hints you've all given me and still can't get passed this level. Do they have a Wonderland Adventures for Dummies As for the ice issue on the right side, I'm hung up there too, can't do any diagonal sliding either Whats the secret to pass a leval Ctrl F9 doesnt work HELP PLEASE

Thank you soooooo much Lillie...... I finally completed this level. Doing this with your help, I realized that I didn't need to return using the path that I entered. I'll keep that in mind for the next level with that weird purple plant.
