In the level "The Package" - I can get a scritter on the yellow button, but I cannot for the life of me, get a scritter on the red button. Can someone please assist me?

I had to use two scritters for the red button. One to block, one to sit on it. And move very very carefully. Try that and if you need more help, I'll be back.

Hmm... I tried using two scritters earlier, but they don't clump up enough in the corner or against a wall to press down the button. Do you remember how exactly you did it?

Is this the one where you have to avoid the cages? If you follow the scritters into that little room quickly, with a single up-right diagonal move into the center of the room, one of them will be above you. Then just scare him onto the button.

This level is a real trial!!!! The yellow button is a breeze, and getting two scritters into the room with the red one is too.....but how on earth do you get one of them to sit on the red button???? I've tried every careful move, and then some, but they just avoid it every time. Help please!!!!

I had a lot of trouble with this one, the two scritters would keep escaping and I had to chase them into the room over and over. In the end I closed the gate with me and them inside the room by carefully walking up from the bottom near the wall where the scritter is on the yellow button so he moved south one square.

Then I got both scritters up to the top so one was near the left wall and the other was in the middle and slowly walked down the middle till they were side by side, one on the red button.

Then went back up and moved the scritter back onto the yellow button so I could get out.

It was a lot of messing about but I made it.

It seems I need to work on that solution too.

Here is a spoiler!

There are 4 scritters. 1 may step in a cage.
You need 1 for the yellow switch.
The 2 others you'll need for the red switch.
Move only 1 step at a time. Go diagonal too. If your scritter is trapped you have to reload!

For the red button: move the scritters before the yellow gate. If it's open chase them in the corner. now stand in the middle square so the scritters move up too. Stay in the middle. You also don't scare the scritter on the yellow button off. The scritter in the middle will sit on the button.
If you only play this way to the red button with 1 scritter, it may get off direction so it won't work!

It's nearly a solution. But I think I need to make some pictures too.

Thanks Erwin but I had already done it before I saw this. I seem to fluke a level now and then, and am getting better at working them out. Needless to say, I'll probably be yelling for help again before too long!!!

I was trying to do it with only one scritter on the red button. with two, I was able to get the package and now I'm playing in the arcade. thanks a lot.

Okay I know that I have to get this level to get the arcade to open but I don't know where it is! I finished the game and have been floing since, trying to get enough stars. I have 80 right now so I have alot more to go! Thanks for any help.

If you can find the merchant in town start there, then:

From merchant, go off screen Right to the next part of town.
Continue through town off screen Right to a grassy field.
From the field, go off screen bottom back into town. You should arrive at a windmill and a shipping port. "The Package" is there.
