Turtles in Firing Squad?

Managed to get over to where the turtles are but what do I do with them now to get past the water and to the key? Beat again

Stand where my pointer is. And wait until the 3 turtles moved to your right.
The first 2 will be already in the water.
While the last one is going to the water too, walk also to the right and stand on the left turtle that's in the water. Wait till the last one comes by.
He must fill up that last water spot.
