Arcade game wonderland adventure 3 help needed to find ...

I have read the tips in the other post, but I have travelled many times up and down in the last dark room and just cannot :
Highlight to read so I don't spoil anything:
Find the 3x3 cluster of walls (buttom left corner-ish).
So I can't go to the center of a3x3 cluster where I should now have a blue dot in my inventory bag.
Is there a piccy of this for complete idiots please?

IIRC, it's not the dark room that you're supposed to be looking in.

I did find the item, but now what to do?
There doesn't seem to be a way forward in this dark room, just back.
How and where do I use this "item" ??
Need help, it's my last star to find!
