RTW classic world 9: A thousand gateways

need help on this lvl pls! getting frustrated as the characters keep getting clipped by the gates and need to restart. And btw, how do i reach the last level in WSW, i done all the hidden levels and got 7 rainbow stars.but it says it need 8..and i cant find any more spots of hidden rainbow stars
Probably you're missing the whole Cloud City area, and if you're there, you're most probably missing the "Locked Out" level.
