The Wonderland Board

The online solution on the website for the game is too vague. I found one here. But it is not making sense. I got the blue thing to blow himself up. ANd the chomper too. Pushed the barrel into the transporter and blew up the kegs. But I can't find a ice block to send through the transporter. THey are all next to each other and I can't move one. Please help.
