New Texture: CellBuilding

I will use this texture in my series for the Cell Building in the UFO Base.
The Cell Building is the storage place of the green statues on warp
gates. An idea I've had for a while now, is that the green statues
on warp gates are clones of Stinky. The warp gates
make them grow, until the stinker inside breaks out of the shell.
