my mums finished the game but i'm stuck on the purple shard

Let me give you all parts then, then I know where you are stuck:
- 1. I go from start to the central place where the 3 magic gloves are.
2. I go first to the south where the keys are
3. Then I make sure my game is saved, cos the part in north is very hard to play: the part to the key is the hardest way to a key I've seen, the return to the central place is also not easy.
4. Then I go open the gates, and move on the shard.
So in which part are you stuck now? 1 or 2 or 3?
