Needed: A gem item

Could someone please make an item for me?
It has to look just like the glove item, except the icon on it. I need an icon of a gem on it. It doesn't have to be anything special, a regular gem will do.
Thanks in advance.

Guess I didn't read the Announcement very well.
When custom models are available, someone could make me one.

I'm not sure, but I think it is possible anyway. When placing the "Custom" item in the editor, you can choose the texture of the item. When you click on the "Texture" button, it cycles through all available textures. So it's not a model, but a texture applied to a model.
I'm not sure about this, maybe someone who knows a lot of models and stuff
can verify this. (Patrick?)

Yes, custom icons/items are possible (and are described the the reference). Custom 3D Items aren not possible.

I understand how to make the custom icons and get them into the adventure, BUT........ using the custom icons overwrites the in game ones. What I mean is that you can't use the in game ones and your own custom ones at the same time. I thought you might be able to add to the in game ones as there are tons of empty tiles but as far as I can see you can't. So....... how do I copy the in game ones into my custom ones so I can use both of them?
Slimm Tom wants a gem icon. How do you make a gem icon that can be used along with the others - spy eye, flower, coin etc.? Is there a bmp of the in game icons anywhere in the editor? If there is I can't find it. There is a custom.wop file in the items folder which I assume holds the icon info but I can't use that.
Any help please Patrick?

You can only use a single custom icon texture per adventure. So, for now, you should add a new icon to the existing custom texture. Check your WA Editor directory, i've included both icon and level textures in raw format for people to work with.

Yes I found that, but when I tried it I could only get the custom icon I made to work. For instance, say I make a custom icon of a phone, and I put the bmp in the adventure, when I load that adventure into the editor I can only use that icon, the flower, coin, glove, etc icons aren't there to use. So how would I still be able to place a magic glove icon in a level and use my own custom phone icon too? I don't see a way.

Ah, yes, I see the problem, I forgot to include the currently used icon texture in unencrypted format. I've attached it below (i.e. use this as your "starting picture" and add icons from there).

Here you go slimm tom, one gem icon. Hope it's ok, I made it multi coloured so it covers every gem. Don't forget to remove the '-gem' bit from the name before you use it. It's texture #12 btw.
I hope you know how to make it useable in the game coz I have no idea.
