why is it that when people make a texture they dont finish it, -_- its really annoying,

As for the texture... It's okay, but needs to be finished. Also, each tile needs to be 2 pixels bigger all around or it'll look kinda weird ingame.

I have a feeling that several uncompleted textures can be merged together such that they do not take up too much space.
