aramah, there is no reason to be mad, you should ask nicely. We try to keep this a friendly place.
If you look at the upper page there is a search engine, type in w10 l10 and search in the tilogy topic you can find all sorts of help. You can start here also.

arahma MS has posted solutions to most of the Classic levels here, unfortuately w10 l10 is not there. but this might help you in some of the other levels.

In order to get past the eletrotiles at the beginning you just have to watch them and cross over at precise moments. It's a matter of timing and luck. Electro tiles can be a pain but once you get the hang of the timing you can make it. Just have patience.
Like I said the search is also helpful. If your search for 'w10 l10' doesn't help you try also searching for 'one last hurrah'. Good luck
