Change one of the stinkers glasses or hats, maybe both, and that should work.

I haven't examined the levels myself, but I would guess that this is caused by a bug/deficiency in the Editor. When you change an NPC's "Glasses" to something besides "None", you have to also change its "Colour" value from the default of 0 (which only works for "None") to one of the valid values for glasses (eg. "Normal"/"Sunglass"/etc.), or what you see happens. The Editor should automatically do this (like it already does for hat and hat colour) but it doesn't (hence I call it a bug), so whoever's making the level needs to do this.
If you don't want to edit the levels yourself, you can temporarily work around it by creating the "missing" files like others suggested (place them in Data\Models\Stinker), but ultimately JohnEmmanuel143 should fix the levels (since the various Colour values means a choice of different styles of eyeglasses, a design decision).
