I really enjoy all of the Wonderland games and I find them interesting, entertaining and in most cases, challenging. However, on the latest release I am not quick enough to be able to finish some of the "levels" and therefore I find myself cheating so I can proceed with the game. Is there a way that the timing can be adjusted to allow more of a reaction time for us senior citizens? It is frustrating, because I know how to complete the individual levels and I know what to do, but I am not quick enough to respond. Thank you for your comments.

We've actually been discussing the difficulty level and issues like yours in the General Wonderland Area here:
http://pcpuzzle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17650
In the current release, there isn't a way to change the difficulty setting.
Some people have had better luck with keyboard instead of mouse. There I time when I find a combination of both works wonders on something I can't do with just mouse or just keyboard alone. Give that other topic a read and post your comments there, too. The game developer has been active in that discussion, as well.
Good luck with the rest of the game.

Thank you Loarie. I appreciate your response. I have tried using both mouse and keyboard and I agree, sometimes one is better than the other. I think that my response time is just not quick enough, but I sure love this game, don't you?

Hi,
I am glad someone else has the 'age' problem.
I was beginning to think I was the eldest one on here, as all the 'youngsters' keep on racing ahead, cracking the hardest of nuts of which some of them, my few remaining brain cells can't get their heads round some of the solutions so I am most grateful for a few leading hands.
Mind you - I am chuffed that I have got through quite a few of the levels without any help.
Stuck in the acid pool area at the mo, so may be looking for help again.

Well Tessa
123123 and pakuehn1 , I guess that's not your ages?
I'm 44 of age, and probably in the middle of old and young.
I too find it useful to use both keyboard and mouse at the same time.
Good luck anyway

I'll come straight - I am 56 and love playing games.
Sometimes, I can see the solution straight away, but other times, I just cant get my old brain cells to function.
Now desperately stuck on the silly thing about directing and turning transporters on acid lake even with erwins hints, just not getting it.

Hi,
I too am an "aged" player, I'm 47 and sometimes I feel my brain cells are elsewhere.
For me I generally manage to do the quick things and if it doesn't work one day I try another day. It's pity but it works

It's the best ever. But like you pakuehn1, I find my responses a little tardy, and although I managed most of the levels there were a couple I found just impossible - (I guess it's the arthritic fingers

) even though I knew what to do.

58 and counting......... and I usually need a nap after completing one of these levels...
I just could NOT GET one of the levels, because I was not fast enough with the Bong, or the Blink, or the kitchen sink!!! No really, I kept getting trapped behind the Red Gates...so I had to cheat....in order to move on..
Do love these games though.....

My 3rd game of The Wonderland Games Series...by Midnight Synergy....
Now, if you will excuse me, I think I will take my nap.
[Edit by MS: Thread locked, as mentioned above, there's already one thread - actually, several - on the difficulty discussion.]
