The Wonderland Board

Phew! It's been a long few weeks, but finally, the time has come.

One player had some health problems, someone else was having a problem getting their level to work, one person had computer/internet problems, and yet another person simply had to load up her ATV, drive 700 miles for an overnight, boneshaking, teeth-rattling fender-crushing charity rally in the remenents of Hurricane Ivan (torrents of rain) then drive back all the way home after 5 hours of incredible torture but the time has come to post the anonymous entries.

I have "spoken" with a few players, and after learning of their personal problems, have agreed to give them an extra day to put the finishing touches on their levels. I know, it's not in keeping with the rules, but given the extenuating situations, I felt that as friends and Wonderland comrades, we'd all understand.

That being said, I'm posting 5 levels today, and the remaining levels tomorrow. Please don't be offended, and please don't yell at me, I know everyone worked really hard on their levels, and have anxiously awaited the results, but not wanting to lose a few players this is the way it was done.

BTW, I've corrected the mistake in the first post, if you downloaded Bang, it was misnamed (Sorry ol'gramma )

It should (and does now) read Breaking Out. Please reload that level for the correct contest level.

I have been asked by the creator to publish an apology on their behalf in regards to the Strangeworld level. It's also a hint too.

the author of 'Strangeworld' wants to apologize for the changes that has unintentionally caused the pink button to be hidden. If you couldn't find it, it is at that alcove right at the green statue, all the way to the left on the level's edge. It got obscured by the background which was set to 'walls'

The error wasn't discovered until after I made the changes this creator requested. Neither myself nor the author realised that by moving the button, it would be obscured by the wall. Apologies from both of us

Could we have a list of exactly WHOSE levels are actually submitted here so we know who to match up with the levels. I realize it's in another post, but it'd be convenient to have the list here. Also, since one or two may not have submitted a level, we'll know who actually ended up in the contest.

Anyone else having any luck with Strangeworld?

***POTENTIAL SPOILER****












I figured out how to move the boulders around so that you don't hit the white buttons (about a hundred attempts once I realized that I shouldn't touch it ), but I can't get beyond the pink button. I've tried moving the barrel over so that the kaboom hits that and destroys the mine in front of the boulder, but either I blow myself up by getting too close, or he hits it and blows himself up, but not the mine blocking the boulder.

Anyone else have any luck?????

Here is my problem with the level strangeworld, sometimes when I push a boulder, it goes right through the coin, and other times it doesn't. I am so frustrated. I can only get the blue button first and then the green, and I THOUGHT I was supposed to get the red and then whatever that last color is, yellow I think, but when I go in that order I am fine with no boulders going through the coins, but I can't do the red and yellow without hitting the white!!! So frustrating. I think I have a really good guess as to who made this level. Just because of the trickery of it. HOW DO I NOT HIT THE WHITE BUTTON!?!?!?!? AHHHHHHHH!!!!!

It happens to me when a ghost is passing through the coin at the same time the boulder is.

I have a map and directions for the first 2 sections of strangworld, only way I could figure them out. If anyone is intersted I can send them to you. Just PM me you address.

PS - I still haven't solved this one but having fun trying. I'm stuck on the pink button as well. Any one have a small hint?

SPOILER

You need to "release" the boulder so that you have a path into the corridor. Don't destroy both Kabooms, and make sure the second Kaboom doesn't get to the barrel between the next two rooms.

If you need more of a hint, pm me and I'll send you the answer...took me nearly 24 hours to figure that part out, and I drove the creator crazy with pm's for help through the entire level!
