Remember, remember the 5th of November
Gunpowder, Treason and Plot!
Guy Fawkes conspired with a few others to blow up the House of Parliament. The year was 1605.
King James 1st of England and Vl of Scotland was due to visit on this day, so the plan was to assassinate him and his family.
The conspirators hid barrels of gunpowder down in the cellars, this was discovered and the band were brought to justice.
Tonight in the UK we have celebrations of this event, bonfires where Guy sits atop, fireworks, dookin or dunkin for apples, children going round with dummies asking 'A penny for the guy'. Overall, a real party time!
Thanks to Popo for her magnificent model of a bonfire, not forgetting JG for her Haunted house.
Today is also one of our most respected members birthday.
You will see who it is at the end of the level.
Depending on how you play this, there may or may not be lots of fireworks!

Turn the sound up for effect.

Ooh goody, I can't wait to see this. I'll probably end up blowing everyone up, including me.

Am I missing something or have I got spooks in my pc? The UFOs are going straight past me without shooting.

They only kill me if I bump into them. Are they supposed to put out the fires?
I managed to get the guy out and then a flaming jumping jack got me - that took me back, I was once chased around the yard by a rogue jumping jack, it followed me everywhere

No, you haven't got spooks Popo.
It all depends where you start, if you really want fireworks try elsewhere. The more flames that you put out, the more chance of UFO strike!
Each time I tried this level it was different, strange happenings in Wonderland again????

What a fun level, and the notes were so cute. I had never heard of this celebration before....and now I know.
I finished it, probably not as you intended. I approached it differently several times, and it acted differently each time.
Were you intending to use the set of 4 boxes, if you could get a Kaboom to separate them? I was able to do that with 1 set which was a big help.
I knew about the flame/UFO mystery as LNS mentioned it I believe.
Very attractive level; you should make more levels as you are good at it.

Strange happenings indeed!

This took me many, many tries. And I too had different results according to what order I did things in. Very good level.....I will be able to play this one over again and again, because it will never be the same!
Thanks,
jg

It's so nice when we all get together like this.
I had fun making the level and hope Popo that you were pleased with the bonfires.
OG, I put two sets of boxes to be on the safe side, depending how you play it the UFO's could destroy them and leave you stuck.
It's great to get comments from our best level makers, I am so grateful to
all of you.
Glad you enjoyed the surprise majic1, you deserve it for all the pleasure we have had from your levels this past year.
Here's to many, many more Wonderland birthdays.

Yes I was very pleased with the bonfires.
I finished the level this time. I didn't use any boxes at all, what were they meant for? I think I was missing two bonus coins so perhaps thats what I needed them for. I can always go back and try again.

Thanks K, I was very careful with the MAV. Didn't want to get blasted!
Popo, the boxes were there to put out the flames next to the little guy.
You must have rushed away to the exit and missed the bonus coins.
Suppose all that noise would make anyone run. HAHAHA

I used the only reflector you could move to put out the flames. I should have gone all round looking for coins.

Popo, I should have bolted that reflector down, might have known you would find a short cut! HAHAHA
Did you check the wall either side of the exit?
You have too much money, that's why some change was left behind.
