I had my 'ticks' and 'tocks' running out of sync a few times until I realized where I was going wrong. As for getting by the digital display that was solved by the oldest method known to Wonderland...run for it!

A slightly weird, but once again very beautiful level! Very cool mechanism in the pendulum! The digital display really scared me, but after two messed up tries I was calm enough to slowly walk through it.
I had problems finding the two bonus coins, but now I've got my gold star and look forward to the next part, now that the story has really started.

Thank you for making this wonderful clockwork level for me
I'm still working on it of course, and haven't even ironed out the problems with the tick-tock mechanism let alone the pendulum.
Back later ...
EDIT: This morning I managed to synchronize all the mechanisms and complete the level. (Though one of the bonus coins still eludes me)
Chip, this is a masterpiece! Very beautiful to watch when it's all working properly.
