I had to move like a scared bunny a few times but managed it to avoid the celebrants!

Walkthrough:

The Fountain Of Hours
Move Loof U and (after a few seconds) 2xD to lure the yellow chomps to the left side. Move Qookie U,R and U through the red TP, then Peegue D,R and U through the same TP. Go to the right tramp and watch the sequence of the boxes: When the left one goes through the black TPs, jump L to follow. When you stop on the timer, quickly go R and U to collect the upper coin (Congratulations, Commander Coily!). Go 2xD to get the other one (Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Chronos!), then jump D onto the blue button.

The Fountain Of Years
Move Qookie back to the starting place and R through the blue TP. Let the next botty pass, then follow as close as possible:
1. Run R, 4xU, 3xR and D to the bridge above the left shadow.
2. Run U, 5xR, 3xD and L to the bridge near the right steel box.
3. Run R, 2xD and L to the next bridge.
4. Run R, 3xD, 3xL and U to the bridge beneath the right coin.
Wait for a good moment to slide U (Congratulations, Zed and Bot!), then L (Congratulations, Green and Red!) and finally D to the next bridge.
5. Run D, 3xL, 3xU and R to the bridge near the left steel box.
6. Run L, 2xU and R to the next bridge.
7. Run L, 3xU, 5xR and D to the bridge above the right shadow.
8. Run U, 3xR, 4xD and 2xR to the green button.

The Fountain Of Seasons
Move Loof back to the starting place and R through the green TP. Move Stinky 2xU and use shift+arrows. Wait for a good moment to go R through the green TP, then go clockwise around the fountain between the KABOOM!s. Use the rafts to grab the coins and get onto the yellow button.

The Fountain Of Days
Move Loof back to the starting place, then 2xD and R through the yellow TP. With the raft and quick moves you can get the bonus coins, then go onto the bridge and U between the two flowers. Watch the boulder above you and wait for a good moment to step U,R and U (Congratulations, Eddy!). Now you have to go L through the pink TP: It's save, when you 'lean' against the boulder rolling through it.
The sign here is a tribute to Mr. Hayek. He died the very same day, when I drawed the outlines of this level.
Now watch the conveyor above you: When it stops, quickly push the goober above you U and go, avoiding the boulder, 2xR, 2xU and L. Get onto the red button and finish the level (Congratulations, player!).
