Help Peegue to revive Wonderland's sky. Have fun!

I did this once, then died because of that sneaky z-bot.

The hints:
Can I prepare the sky machine?

Yes: Push the 'sun' and the 'moon' U. They will stop on a switcher pointing to the outside.
Get the coins in the 'sky' and park the rafts in the top right and in the lower left corner.
You have to walk over a switcher to leave the sky. Walk again over it, all four arrows should point to the outside.
Once started, the machine will run smoothly now.

Can I destroy the cannons?

Yes. Go to the items at the top and push:
Wood - steel - backslash - slash - steel- ice. Then stay aside and enjoy the show.

How to start the sky machine?

Destroying the cannons will give you a new keg. Push it U, L (using the upper ice curve) and 3xU.
This will destroy the ice block. The new blocks will start the machine and it's time to go to the top.
Collect all coins up there before you leave the area - your ticket is one way!
Enter the raft, steer it R and L, then go D.

Where's the bad guy?

Inside the central wall of the little island. Just push a boulder against the central one and wait a moment.
