Reminds one of abstract level textures like 'Digital' and 'Abstract MoFI.'
It has uses, but the ice is a little shady, don't use it too much.
Comments, positive or negative, are always appreciated

I am working on a texture called Atlantis.
Here is the current version. It's usable but not very good yet.

Yes, its much better than the earlier one
You just need to make some parts a little blurry to add to the textures

Um...how?
I spent some time when I got the editor two weeks back making textures. I am posting the two packs in a new topic. Take a look!

But I use MS Paint to adjust and re-size my texture, is that bad too?

Dude, use photoshop, or bring a pencil and a paper to fill up ideas in mind. Once you know how to use these, use paint for adjusting.
