The hints:

How to cause a machanical problem?

1. Switch to Peegue and collect the two central bonus coins. The signs there contain valuable hints.
2. Push the central prism R to destroy it and stay aside.
3. The arriving machanodroid will extinguish the first flame.

How to signal a personal problem?

1. Step onto the green timer, then quickly go 4xL,U,L and D to push the left box in the corner.
2. Don't get the bonus coin in this room yet and leave before the green gates close again!
3. Time to exceed your authority: Quickly press the white button and the green timer and stay aside.
4. The arriving psycholodroid will extinguish the next flame.

How to provoke a logistic problem?

1. Step onto the yellow button to lure the left UFO away from the exit.
2. Wait until it's revolving between the cannons, then use the pink TPs to go down.
3. Avoid the UFO's fire and press the blue button to call the reserve troops.
4. Don't panic: You can't loose this new UFO, it will stop in a stable circle near the green gates.
5. Go back U through the pink TPs onto the sign beneath the green timer.
6. Step U (on the timer) and quickly back D. Repeat this, when the UFO is just beneath the left bonus coin.
7. Go aside. The UFO will extinguish the next flame, and you can get the left bonus coin now.

How to protect the SS NUTSHELL?

1. Go to the top right room and push the right prism 3xL and 2xU into the pool.
2. Walk over the new bridge to get the top right and (using the blue TPs) the lower left coin.
3. Return the same way. Now the upwards rolling boulder will protect your friends.

How to report a security problem?

1. Go to the top right room again, get the last bonus coin and push the right box 2xD in the corner.
2. Step onto the red button to lure the right UFO between the cannons.
3. Make your way D and press the cyan button to release the securodroid. It will extinguish the last flame.
4. Step onto the conveyor timer and wait until the boulders drop into the pools.
5. Use the new bridges to get the last coins and exit.
