New Level - All Summer In A Day

Hi everyone! :D

It's been awhile since I have posted a new level.
This one took all summer, but can be played in one day...
After you unravel the mysteries of the island.

Some of the layout and contraptions are designed by Lillie. :P
You can blame the rest of it on me.

Either way, have fun!

Thank you, J Bale. I appreciate your support.
Don't know if I'll ever do another one, but it feels good to contribute something.
And thanks to Lillie for for being a never ending source of inspiration.

You spent your summer on a wise level,

Can't figure it out. Great job Mark.

Hi Andy,

It's important that you get that time-clock at the very start.
Remember, there are four directions to jump on that tramp.

Great to see you back, Mark!

Still working on it, got much further than Virtlands, but the section I'm working on is very hard.

No hints please, thanks!

Good to see you back with a level Mark. I had no trouble with the top part and found two ways to the bottom part but the cannons and pink button have me at a total loss. I will be waiting for a hint on those. If I could just get that pink button covered I could carry on. I know its too early for hints yet so I will keep trying, but this is a real doozy.

Thanks

Annie

I figured the cannon part after I thought about it a lot now I need the pink button.

Hi Mark
Wow, I really could play it in one day, and I enjoyed every minute of it. :D
Thanks for this fantastic adventure.

You're welcome, Chip! Congratulations on being the first to conquer the island. 8)
And thank you everyone for your comments. :)

Hint:
The plasma cube goes on the pink button. You will need two goobies and two boxes to navigate it there.

Well I got the pink and blue buttons covered and thought I was ready to complete the level and could not get through the white teleporter to the room past the blue gate. Either its a weird jump that I can't get or I did something wrong with the red ball. Can you give me a hint as to how to get through the teleporter to the room there.

Thank

Annie

Two Hints:
First roll the red sphere on the aqua button, then perform a triple jump into the white TP.
Be careful what object you use to cover the conveyor button by the left bridge. Remember you will need to leave a path so you can return later.

Thanks Mark I finally got it with your hints. If I was not on pain pills for a back injury I would of saw those simple moves. I can't believe I could not see them. Sorry Amnon just don't look at the highligthed hint. Very nice and fun level Mark. I play a lot of these games since I am incapaticated right now.

Thanks

Annie

I'm so sorry to hear about your back, Annie. :(
Sending a prayer and hope you will feel better soon.

On a side note: Does anyone know what happened to Marinus?
I sent him an email a couple of weeks ago and have not heard from him. :?

If only I could get to the top-right room, then it would be easy to return to the red-timer room.

Hint follows: Go up through the left path - so don't waste those breaktiles to come down in the beginning. In the room that I still don't know how to enter is a conveyor-stopping timer, which will allow you to come back the opposite way.

Made it, finally!

There was just one move I missed, a brilliant move - the rest was straight-forward.

Thanks Mark and please stay with us!

Here you go:
Push red sphere inside barrel down (south) and quickly push barrel left (west) through doorway onto conveyor. Barrel goes up in water, sphere rolls through flame onto aqua button.

As for the red sphere in the barrel, it seems that I used a different way, which did not require such fast moves.

That was my fault. Lillie had a coin above the ice-curve and last minute I changed its location. "Sorry Lillie"
I put the coin back where she originally placed it, so it should play correctly now.

Hint:
There's a green sphere hidden in the first room.
Spoiler:
There is a green sphere inside the barrel in the first room where you begin. The second green sphere is inside the barrel in the room just to the east. Use the second sphere in the East room to roll the first sphere down (to destroy the box by the exit) and then up again to destroy the barrel in the first room.

Hi Mark

Back on the Forum I decided to try your latest level.

I'm working hard at it, but can't make much headway yet.

Just had to say I'm happy to be back and even more happy to see that you're still here and creating brilliant brainbusters.

At last I did it!!!! :D 8) :D

Thanks Mark for the help with the cannon bit.

After that I managed to work it out on my own, but fraught with disasters every step of the way. First time I got to the green sphere room I was so excited that I smashed the yellow sphere  It took ages to work out the correct order of that puzzle. Then when I finally got back to the red timer room I was so excited that I steamed ahead and got creamed by the yellow boulder

This is a marvellous puzzle, full of clever details. Loved the trampoline jumps especially.

Thanks for the great brain exercise! :D :D :D
